Certainly, a project is the technical implementation of skills that meets the requirements. Therefore, training would definitely enhance the skills and help in completing the project within the stipulated timeframe. Sometimes, customer training makes a difference to projects like reviewing requirements, project budget, and timeline.
Eventually, it is necessary for the business analysts to be confident to provide a more realistic approach to the organization. A business analyst must generalize before the project is pulled off. Most schedules and decision-making skills are performed by business analysts.
