In search of a senior level Business Objects technical resource to design, develop, and maintain reporting and analytic solutions in support of the WFHM Servicing group. This key role will have direct responsibility in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of new Universes in support of BI platform initiatives and business needs.

This role will be accountable for deep technical understanding and of the Business Objects suite; capabilities, limitations, alternatives and tasked with providing industry expertise in the BI space. Direct responsibility for analyzing requirements, developing designs, producing code, testing, and coordinating the implementation of Business Objects universes and reporting solutions. Acts as an expert technical resource for modeling, POC’s and evaluations. Verifies logic by overseeing the preparation of test data, testing and debugging of programs. Act as lead to
This role will act as a lead/mentor to less experienced team members providing guidance and direction when needed to meet departmental goals.

Additionally, this role is accountable for determining needs for technical standards and best practices and developing and socializing those standards and procedural controls to ensure quality and consistency. Develops new documentation, departmental technical procedures and user guides.

This role will be responsible for leading projects, coordination and oversight of technical resources and directing the work of less experienced staff. Accountable for quality, timely delivery, security, and assuring compliance requirements are met. May oversee creation of or updates to and testing of the business continuation plan.
