We are looking for Senior level experienced candidates for Outbound Sales. Must have good English communication skills and hands-on sales experience in the International outbound process. This is a USA shift job so you will be working during India Time night shifts Weekdays and sometimes on Weekends as well depending on the Business needs.

1. Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in Elearning Industry preferred.
2. Experience no bar for suitable candidates.
3. Must have good Sales skills and Excellent English communication skills.
4. Must be comfortable in making cold calls.
5. Should have good records of achieving/overachieving targets
6. Must be willing to work in Night shifts which will be 10:30 PM-7:30 AM IST.

1.Making outbound calls to individuals/corporations and selling our Online IT training program (knowledge of computers/web a must).
2. Has to do regular follow ups thru Emails, calls and text messages. Will go through rigorous training about the product.
3.'’Cold call" consultant candidates, Educate them on the training & placement and determine candidate qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references.
4. Communicate with trainees and trainers on a daily basis.

Work hours:
1. FOR USA Shift - Must be willing to work Night shifts which will be 9:30 PM - 6:30 AM IST.
