Money-Back Guarantee

If you attend the first two sessions of a course and are not satisfied, request a full refund within 7 days of your second session. We'll process it within 10 business days.

Eligibility

• Request must be submitted within the 7-day window from your second session.
• You must have attended both of the first two sessions.
• Refund applies to the course fee only, not optional add-ons like exam vouchers.

Re-Attend Policy

If you can't complete a batch, you may re-attend the same course in a future batch within 12 months at no additional cost.

Corporate Training

Refund terms for corporate engagements are defined in the executed Statement of Work.
